A few things... .

1. Yes make you're you have an indexer on the SSP.
2. Have you stopped and started the service?
3. Reset your entire index within Search Settings.
4.Are there any other errors at all?
A. Turn loggin up, look at every event for anything odd.
B. Are there any permission issues in the Security tab of events.

Hey Thanks for taking the time to reply

1-Yes I do have indexer on the the SSP its grayed out .

2- while i was trouble shooting for this issue i stopped and start it again . did not make any difference.

3- i just reset the index and build it again.

4- Weired thing is there are no errors at all . FYI this is not an error , issue we are talking about is warning . also beside above said i have 2 WFE ther is no warning on the other one , if this is a indexe issue , warning should be on both WFE's don't you think so .
Problem is still there and its throwing warning every minute. Any other solution you can think of please let me know and i will try that.
i also check all the jobs running thay are all succeded and 100% , there is no failed job either .
